We are looking for a Drilling Technologist (m/f/d) to join our Eavor GmbH team in Dsseldorf.

In this role you will provide technical support to drilling engineering and operations. A key responsibility of this position is tracking operational performance and configuring and maintaining drilling well databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency in project .
Some of what youll do:
- Compose and prepare presentation material and reports and statistics including figures diagrams and documents ensuring confidentiality accuracy and timeliness including incidents analysis and data trending
- Compile monthly internal and external performance reports interpret data & trends and prepare reports
- As drilling administrator provide support to drilling personnel with regards to data entry into reporting software and conduct event audits
- Monitor and distribute action tracking and closeout reports and support drilling personnel with action closeout
- Track and ensure timely closure of all action items and prepare monthly action reports
- Ensure all lessons learned practices are clearly captured and database up to date
- Provide technical and administrative support to the drilling department (Drilling Manager Drilling Engineers Drilling Superintendents and Drilling Supervisors)
- Compose and prepare presentation materials including figures diagrams and view graphs
- Assist in compiling reports and presentation materials for weekly monthly and yearly reporting
- Support drilling personnel in time and cost tracking and forecast estimates
- Prepare well individual well performance monitoring reports for wells
- Analyze performance of offset wells and maintain a database of offset wells and rig performance summary for use in benchmarking
Some of what youll need:
- Five or more years practical experience in petroleum / geothermal industry in a technical capacity
- Fluency in English and German is required
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Good understanding of drilling activities and operations
- Sound proficiency in MS Office applications: Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
- Working proficiency in other visual applications: MS Project MS Visio etc.
- Strong attention to detail and organization
