Job Description
Acura of Highland Park a proud member of the Murgado Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our exceptional team. Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and preowned Acura vehicles providing expert knowledge and guidance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
Conduct thorough product presentations and test drives highlighting the features and benefits of Acura vehicles.
Follow up with customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction and build longterm relationships.
Maintain an indepth knowledge of the Acura product line market trends and competitive products.
Meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets.
Complete all required sales paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Customerfocused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

$60000 $180000 a year
Salary dependent on experience and performance and could vary based on commissions.
