- Brand awareness activities
- Brand presentation and market research
- Technical support for workshops trainings and presentations
- Commercial telephone support of customers using appropriate diligence
- Attendance at trade events at national and international levels
- Fully accountable to the companys sales and marketing strategy
- Develop specific annual sales budget and related sales actions for given markets and customers following where available the objectives of a business plan
- Finding new opportunities
- Close cooperation with regional team
- Supporting local sales campaigns
- Minimum 23 years of experience in a similar position working for automotive distributor or international supplier
- Analitic and data oriented for results
- Open minded with high level of enthusiasm and energy
- Willing to search for a new businesses/possibilities
- Open for travelling for a business trips it is the biggest part of the time
- Technical knowledge in autmotive will be an advantage

We also believe that health and safety is everyones responsibility as such PHINIA employees will know and comply with all applicable safety policies standards and procedures. Work is expected to be conducted in a manner that stresses the importance of preventing incidents and illnesses including attending all required safety meetings and trainings. The hazards of each task shall be assessed and the risk shall be managed accordingly. It is expected that all incidents near misses and unsafe conditions are immediately reported to the direct manager Human Resources or Safety Representative.
