As an Operations Supervisor youll lead with purpose ensuring smooth operations during the night shift while maintaining our high standards of service and quality. You will be responsible for overseeing the flow of tasks guiding the team and fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and care. In addition to managing overnight operations you will supervise housekeeping inspect rooms youll greet and register guests provide exceptional service and settle accounts upon departure you will assist in light maintenance. While your role typically covers the 3rd front desk shift flexibility to work other shifts may be required based on operational needs.
