You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCommercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Maintenance Technician II who can carry out the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the building landscaping amenities parking lot and trash areas for the 30unit lowincome housing tax credit property of Mayfield Court Apartments in NE Portland. They will also be responsible for repairs electrical plumbing carpentry painting and janitorial services.
The Maintenance Technician II must have an amazing attention to detail and time management skills. If you have maintenance experience enjoy working individually or on a team and possess the desire to continuously learn we would love to talk to you.

Location: Mayfield Court Apartments (Portland OR)
Schedule: PT One day a week
Pay Rate: $23$26/hr.
Weekly Contracted Hours: 8
Additional Compensation: A monthly $25 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement
