Job Description
Bemana is searching for a Manual or CNC Machinist to join the team of a growing electric motor manufacturing/service company in Warrior AL.
Position Offers:
- $25$40/hr OT available. If your target pay is higher we still encourage you to applywe could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various machine tools to repair and manufacture mechanical assemblies. (Lathes Horizontal Mill Vertical Mill Drill Press).
- Manufacture new parts from prints or samples.
- Use handheld and stationary power and nonpower tools including but not limited to band saws belt sanders hand grinders files etc.
- Use measuring devices and techniques correctly to ensure proper sizing.
- Turn and undercut commutators.
- Lift tighten adjust and or secure heavy objects in order to perform work and/or to observe safety precautions.
- Maintained housekeeping in the assigned area. Routinely clean the machines you are working on and the areas in which you are working to minimize debris and unnecessary buildup of excess materials that could create operational and safety hazards.
- Understand machine lubrication maintenance and proper operation.
- Perform other skilled or nonskilled duties as directed by the lead person shop supervisor and/or plant manager.
- Must be able to read and properly execute machined and fabricated parts off of drawings/blueprints.
- Must be able to hold to strict tolerance and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
