Overview
RiverView Health is a community owned membership based nonprofit organization that was formed in 1898 and continues to be the sole community hospital in Crookston MN.
RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area.

Responsibilities
RiverView Health has an opening for a parttime 32 hours every 2 weeks) Case Management & Education RN. This position will work in case management which includes but is not limited to utilization review discharge planning (home infusions wound vacs nursing placement home health etc.. This position will also be a EPIC super uses/trainer and will assist with teaching new employee orientation. This position will support/lead process improvement project policy updates and audits.
This position will be scheduled every other Monday and Friday for 8 hour shifts from 8 am 4:30 pm. Additionally the position will work one additional day each week which can be flexible.
A laptop will be provided for offsitework as deemed necessary and while at work.
This position will flex up in hours as necessary based on departments needs which incentive pay will be eligible above their status worked. This will be worked out between the employee and the Director. The position does have a counterpart RN that works fulltime in the department in Case Management.
This position may be split with another position within Riverview Health to fulfill a fulltime position if desired.Salary range is $36.52 $51.14 and starting wage is dependent on experience.

Qualifications
- A current Minnesota and North Dakota RN license are required.If no current ND license we will assist you to obtain this.
- Current American Heart BLS and ACLS certifications are required. If not currently certified training will be provided.
- Previous UR or case management experince and EPIC is preferred.
