About the Opportunity

As an Administration Officer you will beresponsible for supporting the General Manager with the day to day running of our aged care home.

  • Coordinate new resident admissions
  • Sales enquiries and tours
  • Monitor the homes occupancy
  • Administer employee onboarding and safety screening
  • Submission of accurate employee and payroll information to payroll
  • Rosters
  • Reception
  • Ability to capture feedback into homes feedback system

About You

Our ideal candidate has:

  • MUST have experience with rostering and hiring/recruitmentprocesses
  • MUST have experience with CRM
  • Experience in Administration (aged care or healthcare desirable)
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and abilityto use and learnvarious systems e.g. quality management system databases payroll and rostering systems.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills

Experience using HumanForce is highly advantageous.

The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check provide proof of COVID19 and Influenza Vaccination and may need to complete a NDIS check.
