Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Description:
Define Digital Roadmap:
- Translate healthcare business goals into actionable product roadmaps and welldefined product requirements.
- Prioritize and oversee the development of digital solutions to enhance patient care operational efficiency and compliance.
Product Management:
- Lead the development of healthcare digital products.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT clinical and administrative teams to ensure product alignment with business needs.
- Ensure all digital solutions adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements specific to the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with information security teams to align solutions with data protection policies.
- Exhibit a cando attitude to proactively identify and overcome roadblocks in the digital transformation journey.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and healthcare stakeholders (physicians administrators patients and regulatory bodies).
- Communicate product vision progress and impact to key stakeholders.
EndtoEnd Product Lifecycle:
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Apply problemsolving skills to address complex challenges in healthcare digital transformation.
Solving query of customers and should possess good communication skills and should be presentable.
