Director of Nursing (DON) Long Term Care
A Director of Nursing (DON) Long Term Care is needed in Prairie City OR.
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Prairie City a small town known as a gateway to the Strawberry Mountain Wilderness and the Upper John Day River offering a hub for outdoor activities like motorcycle riding ATVs hiking and more with a historic downtown and scenic trails nearby.
Salary and Benefits
- The salary range is $93000 $140000 Based on Experience

Responsibilities
- Flexible Schedule: Generally MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
- 90 Onsite Required
- Must be available to cover floor shifts during daytimes nights weekends and holidays.
- Presides over a 40bed Unit with a current average census of 1215 occupants.
- EMR: PointClickCare
- Reports directly to the facility Administrator
- Supervises all nursing staff RCM RA and Activities departments.
- Oversees nursing operations ensuring compliance with standards regulations and performance improvement.
- Manages staff competency budget and CQI efforts.
Requirements
- Current And Active License in the State of Oregon or the Ability to Obtain
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- BSN Required / MSN Preferred
- 6 Months in a Long Term Care Environment
- Experience with Geriatrics
- Leadership Experience or Demonstrated Leadership Abilities
