Customer Care Officer
We are a fastgrowing FinTech/PropTech company and a market leader in secure invoicing solutions for the real estate industry. Our platform empowers real estate agencies to offer their clientssellers landlords and othersflexible paynow or paylater options.
As a Customer Care Officer youll join our dedicated team to assist real estate agencies using our platform and support their clients with invoicing and paylater applications. Once shortterm loans are originated youll manage your own loan portfolio guiding customers through repayments and enquiries with care and clarity.
Youll also provide support to real estate agency staff ensuring they can make the most of our platform. While exposure to consumer finance/lending or real estate is a bonus the key to success is your ability to connect with customers and your passion for delivering exceptional service.
What Youll Do:
- Provide resolution to inbound enquiries via phone email and online channels.
- Communicate with borrowers via phone email SMS to proactively monitor and manage your accounts with the ability to identify highrisk accounts for escalation.
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes to ensure a clear traceable journey for each applicant and borrower.
- Deliver outstanding service to real estate agencies and their clients using our payment platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure processes are followedand our high level of service is maintained.
What Youll Bring:
- Knowledge of privacy and compliance in finance or lending is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with confidence in handling phone inquiries.
- Excellent written skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

This is an office based 8.30am 5pm city based role.
