In this role you will:
- Provide direct supervision of work and performance of LPNs as instructed including input for performance evaluations and corrective action plans.
- Developstaffing plans.
- Work closely with office manager/office supervisor head nurse & lead lab medical assistants to ensure efficient office workflow and excellent patient experience.
- Assist with clinic problemsolving patient wait times and other areas of concern to increase efficiency and qualityof services.
- Provide organized feedback following clinical site visits.
- Participate in all regularly scheduled clinical team meetings.
- Implement and communicate policies and procedures for various departments.
- Maintain and enforce all safety policy and procedures.
- Develop and promote teamwork.
- Provide additional support for the clinical team which includes all functions of an LPN and MA.
- Assistphysicians with patient office visits.
- Performadministrative tasks.
- Administerand documentmedication under physicians orders.
- Field patient telephone calls and respondaccordingly.
- Compileand assistproviders in responses to triages from team members and patients received by phone or electronic messages.
- Participate in offices huddle as assigned.
- Float throughout Western locations as needed.
- Ability to assess plan implement and evaluate nursing care according to individual needs.
- Understanding of clinical risk.
- Experience in a lead role or demonstrated potential to act in a lead capacity.
- Consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills with patients staff and other health care professionals. Must have reliable transportation.
Salary: Starting at $60/hr based on experience.
