Job Description
As aSenior Solution Architect you will play a pivotal role in ourDigital TransformationandTop Tier Growthinitiatives. Leveraging your blend of thought leadership technical expertise and business process experience you will drive innovation and continuous improvement. Your focus is on delivering bothnew and optimized business capabilities. This position is part of ourNorth America IT Solution Architecture and Delivery team specializing inSAP Manufacturing Production Planning Scheduling Plant Maintenance and Material Management. The hybrid nature of this role allows it to be based in eithergreater Chicago ILorBattle Creek MI with an expectation of inoffice presence fromTuesday through Thursday. Youll collaborate directly with5 peersand your manager most of which are located in theChicago area.

A Taste of What Youll Be Doing
- Futurestate application architecture Developing and ensuringeffective adoption of application architecture is aligned with business strategies
- Business case development Collaborating with Business Relationship Manager and Business Analysts to assess economic viability of initiatives
- Effective Communication Translating vague or abstract technical requirements into strategic and technically aligned solutions within Kellanovas technical state
- Successful delivery:Ensuring program projects success by:
- Understanding whats possible whats easy whats difficult
- Balancing business objectives technical possibilities and cost constraints
- Influencing guiding & supporting projects throughout the life cycle
- Delivering fitforpurpose highquality solutions
Were Looking for Someone With
- Implementation configuration and support expertise in:
- SAP PPPI (Production Planning for Process Industries)
- SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
- SAP MM (Materials Management)
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all groups and levels
- Excellent business acumen and analytical aptitude
- Proficient in project management problemsolving and clear issue formulation
- Experience in multiple SAP manufacturing implementations with additional experience in one or more of the following domains:
- Order Management: Order to Delivery Invoice to Cash (SD)
- Supply Chain: Warehouse Management Integrated Business Planning Demand Planning Supply Planning (APO IBP)
- Finance: Finance Controlling Planning Consolidations (FI/CO BPC Anaplan)
- R&D: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
