We are seeking highlyproductive Carpenters to join our team! You will perform all aspects of residential carpentry with a focus on managing your jobsite and the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Executing all the daily carpentry activities from the start to the finish of each project including:
• Cleaning work areas and equipment.
• Need to be able to work extensively on ladders.
• Communicating with your Crew Leader
• Maintaining high customer service standards with As on Report Cards and positive testimonials
• Maintaining a positive attitude

Qualifications:

• Previous carpentry experience 3 years recommended)
• Ability to prioritize and focus on your current task
• Excellent preparation and carpentry skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in all aspects of carpentry

Hours and Compensation:

MondaySaturday 7am3:30pm (Jobsites throughout Connecticut)

• $35/hour
• Vested Healthcare Bonus
