We are looking for a Community Manager who shares our vision and executes on revolutionizing peoples car repair experience. As an ideal candidate you are a peopleperson and a handson problem solver. You have a relentless getitdone attitude. In this role you will be responsible for training new mechanic partners mentoring existing partners ensuring quality and building a sense of community within our nationwide mechanic fleet.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mechanic Partner Relations. Recruit onboard and mentor mechanic partners.
Mechanic Partner Support. Provide support to mechanic partners and address the daytoday issues of mechanic partners on our platform via phone and email.
Improve fleet quality based on ratings and other performance metrics.
Proactively seek opportunities for fleet growth and improvement (processes policies and logistics).
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Strong interpersonal skills: both oral and written. Great presentation skills.
Practical problem solver: thinks through all steps of a problem.
Exceptional attention to detail & organization skills and great followthrough on tasks.
Drive and hustle. Youre a hustler at heart are multitalented and thrive in a highpressure environment. Simply put you have the getitdone attitude.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced startup environment.
You do not need to know about car repair or have auto industry experience.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
