Theyll then collaborate with the account production and marketing disciplines to bring the concept to life. Part of those concepts may manifest in crafting physical and digital materials for our experiences including (but not limited to) winning custom proposals signage branding and decor. Theyre the idea people the designers and the executors of creative needs. These people are designers and art directors.
PRODUCERS: Our production department is accountable for handling all logistics related to an experience. They are the executors the project managers the makeithappeners; taking a concept from discussion to from vendor relations and logisticsrelated client communications to the live or digital day of . Production ensures both the internal and external teams are aware of the runofshow deliverables and expectations throughout each experience. During the planning phase they manage internal workback timelines source the unsourceable and have a widereaching network from which to call on when planning and executing our experiences. They are the fivestepsahead againstallodds arm of RED VELVET. These people are producers/ project managers/ planners.
ACCOUNT: An integral part of our business development department the accounts team exhibits skills key to building valued agency relationships. They are strategists brand champions agency facilitators and opportunists who help maintain an accounts health and grow the business. The accounts team leverages key tenets of management between the client and the RED VELVET team which is inclusive of brand discovery experiential strategy scope management risk management team management and conflict resolution. These people are relationship builders and account managers.
