Job Description

Ludington Family Medicine is seeking aPhysician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a WalkIn Clinic in Ludington MI. Inthis role you will provide sameday primary care to patients ofLudington MI and thesurroundingcommunities.

Office space is located adjacent to the hospital and includes EPIC EMR full support from clinical associates and medical office support. Qualifications:

Nurse Practitioner:

  • Required Masters Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000

must show evidence of completion of a masters postmasters or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission

  • 3 years of relevant experience current relevant clinical experience
  • Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner
  • LICNurse Practitioner (NP) State of Michigan
  • CRTBasic Life Support (BLS)
  • CRTNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • CRTPediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)

Physician Assistant:

  • Required Masters Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
    • 3 years of relevant experience current relevant clinical experience
  • LICPhysician Assistant State of Michigan
  • CRTPhysician Asst Certified (PAC) NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
  • CRTBasic Life Support (BLS)
  • CRTPediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)
  • CRTNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
