Fulltime: Monday Thru Friday 3pm11:30pm 40hrs)
Part Time: Saturday and Sunday AM Shift 7am330pm
Part Time Graveyard: Friday & Saturday Noc Shift 11pm7:30am
Part Time PM Weekends (Friday Saturday and Sunday) 3pm11:30pm
Worker. They will be responsible for providing and documenting high quality client care. This position is responsible for interacting and delivering care for clients with mental and emotional issues while also helping clients lead healthy daily routines that help them understand their mental health issues how to cope and ultimately recover from them.
Responsibilities consist of conducting rounds submitting detailed documentation completing client intakes running physical & night groups preparing cooking and serving clients meals managing inventory maintaining a clean and organized residential facility and reporting daily updates to the Program Director and Clinical team on client progress and statuses.

At the same you know when to raise your hand and ask for help when necessary.
YOU ARE AN OUTSANDING COMMUNICATOR You clearly communicate important information updates and progress of work to management team members and clients. You speak in a clear direct manner using easily understood language and tailor your communication style to work best with others.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
In the first 3060 days and ongoing:
Learns Nsights mission goals residential facility resources client cases programs services and processes/procedures.
Meets and develops rapport with the Mental Health coworkers.
Demonstrates ability to accurately document Q15 sheets medication logs visitor logs with quality detail and timeliness.
Demonstrates how to facilitate group sessions conduct inventory counts cook and serve food and maintain a clean residential facility according to Nsights standards.
Is exposed to a wide variety of clients mental health disorders crises and begin learning how to manage different situations appropriately.
