Job Summary

The Associate Manager Talent Mobility will provide leadership and direction to the Talent Mobility team. This role serves as the subject matter expert for the Global Talent Mobility programs (Apprentice Pathways Intern Opportunity Marketplace etc.. This individual is responsible for the training and development of Talent Mobility Talent Partners to efficiently execute and manage program components while following consistent repeatable practices to mitigate employment risks. This individual will demonstrate enterprisewide thinking and will collaborate with peers hiring managers and leaders across the enterprise to ensure we develop and implement creative and appropriate solutions to business talent challenges.


Essential Job Functions

  • Partner with key stakeholders to strategize talent needs involving Talent Acquisition and Development and executives. Collaborate with L&D for expert facilitation and manage diverse data for insightful reporting on talent programs. 40
  • Solicit opportunities throughout the business for Talent Mobility programs. Facilitating program content events and activities globally. Identify process and program improvements and bring solutions to the business and leadership group. 30
  • Oversee the daytoday activities performed by the Talent Mobility team across all Bread Financial locations. Responsible for providing coaching training development feedback and support to all team members. 15
  • Manage relationships with all levels of leaders throughout the organization while delivering exceptional results. 10
  • Oversee the recruiting and filling of positions for talent mobility programs through following our efficient consistent nondiscriminatory recruiting processes and procedures. 5


Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 years experience in Human Resources Talent Acquisition or Workforce Planning
  • 2 years experience leading project teams and/or groups


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree Psychology Business Marketing HR or related field of study or equivalent relevant work experience

Work Environment

  • Normal office environment. (Remote or Hybrid) 3 to 4 days per month are required in office if within 60 miles of a Bread Financial location.

$87900.00 $159200.00

Full Salary Range for position:

California: $101000.00 $198900.00

Colorado: $87900.00 $167100.00

New York: $96600.00 $198900.00

Washington: $92200.00 $183000.00

Maryland: $92200.00 $175100.00

Washington DC: $101000.00 $183000.00

Illinois: $87900.00 $175100.00

New Jersey: $101000.00 $183000.00

Vermont: $87900.00 $159200.00

The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors which may include but are not limited to work location education experience and skills.

Bread Financial offers medical prescription drug dental vision and other voluntary benefits (including basic and optional life insurance supplemental medical plans and short and longterm disability) to eligible associates (regular fulltime associates scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more) and their spouses/domestic partners and child(ren) under the age of 26. New associate elected coverage begins on date of hire (with the exception of disability coverage which has a 6month waiting period). Six weeks of 100 paid parental leave for eligible parents is available after a 180day waiting period. Hired associates can immediately enroll in Bread Financials 401(k) plan.

All associates receive 11 paid holidays. Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off. Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.

Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December. You will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
