Job Description
- Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive aftercare products
- Understand and promote products and memberships
- Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
- Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
- Helps with promotion at supplementary events and performs when asked services during those promotional events to help market the salon and build the brand.
- Maintain clean and sterile work environment
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays.
- Responsible for proper sanitation of implements according to Lash Lounge protocol and Licensing
- Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
- 1 years as a Lash Stylist REQUIRED
- 1 years with handmade volume fans preferred
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Forms strong working relationships within team.
- Customer service focused; loves on your clients
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic
- Initiates selflearning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
