Maintenance Electrician
Cardiff/Newport
Permanent Full Time
Salary to 40000 plus vehicle travel paid and excellent package
We are working directly with a growing and highly reputable medium sized facilities management contractor who specialise in providing all round building maintenance services to clients within the commercial sector. Due to expansion we are recruiting for an electrical engineer to join the team
Role:
- To carry out electrical maintenance works on a range of commercial sites.
- To carry out planned and reactive maintenance to all building plant equipment and systems to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements.
- Completing building services tasks including knowledge and user management of the following; BMS monitoring/management emergency lighting repairs fire alarm systems pumps FCUs (service and repairs) AHUs and all other HVAC plant.
- Ensure all reactive repairs are undertaken safely and within appropriate time scales.
- PPM on various sites in the Southwest along with remedials quoted works and small projects works.
Person:
- Electrical qualifications including Level 3 18th edition essential and basic understanding of mechanical plant and overall building services is ideal.
- A helpful and professional approach with direct contact with the client on a weekly basis.
- Experience within the FM Sector
- Emergency Lighting inspection qualified or experienced.
Package:
- Base salary to 40000
- Monday to Friday
- Callout rota 1 in 7 200 for being on the rota overtime rates applicable if called out
