Overview
Chubb is looking for a IT Product/Process Analyst professional to join our EMEA team. This is a permanent fulltime position and a compelling opportunity to join a global growing financially stable and successful company. Responsibilities
- Be the mastermind behind our companys technological transformation. Analyze business data and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with our team of developers designers and project managers to turn our wildest tech dreams into reality and develop innovative solutions
- Understand how business functions operate and analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks and problems
- Produce highquality work products (such as user requirements functional specifications user stories user manuals UAT scenarios)
- Develop and implement test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on project status issues and risks.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- At least 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
- Guru of project and software lifecycles with an understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and tools
- Agile working experience
- Working knowledge/exposure for Waterfall Methodology
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
- Ability to think in an unexpected way and come up with creative solutions
- A lover of spreadsheets and passionate about tools like Jira Trello etc.
- Strong communications skills with the ability to cooperate with both executives and technical staff in Greek and English
- Be willing to help your teammates share your knowledge with them and learn from our outstanding mentors
