- Lead a team of installers to ensure the timely and efficient installation of HVAC systems.
- Ensure all installations are completed to the highest quality standards.
- Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the installation process.
- Train and mentor new installers.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Manage inventory and equipment.
- Complete paperwork and documentation as required.
- This is a piece rate pay position.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
