JPloft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and resultsoriented SMO (Social Media Optimization) Analyst to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for improving our online presence driving engagement and growing our brands reach across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement creative social media strategies to increase engagement reach and brand visibility.
Collaborate with content design and marketing teams to create and execute successful campaigns.
Platform Management:
Oversee daily management of social media platforms including Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn Pinterest and YouTube.
Optimize content for each platform to align with audience preferences and emerging trends.
Content Creation and Optimization:
Partner with the content and design teams to produce highquality posts visuals and videos.
Ensure all content adheres to brand voice guidelines and integrates SEO best practices.
Engagement and Community Management:
Actively engage with followers respond to comments and messages and build community trust.
Address customer feedback and queries in a professional and timely manner.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics Facebook Insights and other social media analytics platforms.
Create detailed reports to track key metrics ROI and engagement levels.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay informed about the latest social media trends platform updates and emerging tools.
Identify innovative opportunities to enhance strategies and improve outcomes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
24 years of proven experience as an SMO Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer).
Strong understanding of SEO principles and their integration into social media.
Exceptional communication writing and editing skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Creative thinker with strong problemsolving abilities.
Experience with paid social media campaigns is an added advantage.
