Are you passionate about supporting young students on their educational journey What if you could do so while gaining a nationally recognised qualification in Business Admin

SEDA College WA is looking for an organised and motivated Admissions Coordinator to join our team on an AFL Sportsready Traineeship. In partnership with AFL Sportsready were offering a fully funded Certificate III or IV in Business Admin providing the successful candidate with valuable handson experience while upskilling for future career opportunities.

In this role you will play a key part in supporting the Admissions team by engaging with prospective students and families providing accurate information and ensuring a seamless enrolment process.

As an Admissions Coordinator you will contribute to achieving the Colleges enrolment goals by responding to enquiries maintaining accurate student records and promoting the College to the broader community. Your efforts will directly support the Colleges vision and commitment to delivering outstanding educational experiences.

As part of the traineeship you will attend one full day of inperson study per month and have three hours per week allocated for online trainingall fully paid.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

Youll become a vital member of our dedicated and successful team. To thrive in this role you must have:

Essential:

  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Drivers License

Desired:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administration role
  • Experience in a school administration setting
