TPF Recruitment is supporting a highly successful Top 15 firmof chartered accountants based in Maidstone Kent. Our client is awellestablished and highly reputable chartered accountancy practice with astrong reputation for tax work across Kent London and the South East. Thisfirm has been built by highly skilled and experienced tax professionals fromdiverse backgrounds offering an exceptional opportunity to join amarketleading practice. You will gain exposure to a wide range of national andinternational clients including UHNWIs HNWIs Trusts & EstatesDirectors and Entrepreneurial clients. This role will be tailored to thecandidates experience and aspirations with opportunities for mixed taxmanagers as well.
As a manager within this team you will be allocated aportfolio of clients suited to your expertise serving as their primary pointof contact. You will be responsible for providing advisory and complianceservices while working closely with the Partners. Additionally you will play akey role in the management team offering technical support to Partnersleading client meetings handling adhoc specialist projects managing juniorstaff and delegating work. There is also the opportunity to engage in businessdevelopment activities if desired. Requirements
- ATT ACA ACCA or CTA qualified
- Extensive experience in private client and personal tax
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients
- Strong expertise in both compliance and advisory work therole can be tailored to the individuals strengths
- Excellent communication and client management skills
