The Director of Strategic Planning will be responsible for leading the organizations strategic initiatives managing executive staff and facilitating highlevel executive offsites. This role will ensure alignment between strategic goals and business operations driving performance innovation and growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership analytical facilitation skills and executive presence.

What youll do:

• Oversee the implementation of the companys strategic plan ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define corporate priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Organize and facilitate executive offsites ensuring productive discussions clear takeaways and actionable outcomes.
• Lead crossfunctional initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and organizational agility.
• Program management of key executive initiatives

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Strategic Management or a related field (Masters preferred).
• 8 years of experience in strategic planning business management or executivelevel consulting.
• Proven experience managing executive teams and facilitating highimpact meetings.
• Strong leadership organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategic initiatives.
• Experience in change management and business transformation.
