What you will do:
- Oversee the Front Desk and Medical Secretary Teams daytoday functions at UCAs clinic assisting with those duties as necessary
- Field questions from patients and route them to the appropriate person/department
- Verify that Team properly completes registration insurance verification and checkin process handling the most complex cases
- Ensure Team balances batches superbills and deposits are accurate
- Conduct new Team Member training
- Act is liaison between clinical and clerical positions
Qualifications
What type of experience do you need
- At least three 3 years of healthcare clerical experience preferably at a front desk or as a Medical Secretary
- Prior supervisory experience or experience leading Teams to success
- Must be knowledgeable in third party payor systems and practice
