Salary: $68640/yr with a 5 bonus potential.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Maintains scheduling calendar/software for entire facility
- Must be comfortable with CaterTrax program
- Exercises professional judgment in dealing with internal and external publics and at all times represents the corporation in an appropriate and positive manner
- Maintains Catering calendar/software
- Keep abreast of trends and developments within the industry
- Carry out and report survey results
- Maintains a courteous and professional manner during all interactions with customers; demonstrates exceptional customer service skills and ensures satisfaction as a priority of service; interacts in a calm professional demeanor
- Must be able to perform the job with minimal supervision
- Be able to build relationships and adjust to the specific requests of our clients
- Fosters effective teamwork by communicating with the team in a timely fashion
- Follow all Departmental policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
SKILLS IN:
- Computer skills ability to work in a team atmosphere must show creativity and originality in food and room presentations ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Exceptional oral and written communication skills
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- MINIMUM REQUIRED: High Scholl Degree/GED
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
- MINIMUM REQUIRED: ServSafe Certification or Certified Professional Food Manager (CPFM). Valid Class C California Drivers License and clean DMV record
