Job Title: HighVolume Recruiter
Location: Onsite in Columbia SC
Employment Type: FullTime

Company Overview:
Allegiance Industries a premier facility services provider located in Columbia SC is growing and looking to expand our recruitment team. We are seeking a highly motivated HighVolume Recruiter to join us. As a key player in our team you will be responsible for managing a territory of approximately 30 open requisitions per month. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fastpaced environment and contribute to the continued growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of requisitions handling around 30 open positions at any given time.
  • Source phone screen hourly field employees
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (Paycom) with accurate candidate information and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews and hiring events for Regional Managers
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Handle administrative recruitment tasks such as job postings answering the phone and updating regional managers of the status of newhires

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in highvolume recruitment managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of fullcycle recruiting including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with Paycom Excel and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers team members and candidates.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
