We are Hiring at University Hospital
Location: 530 S Jackson St. Louisville KY 40202
Shift Options: PRN 7a7p
About the Unit
9 South is a 25bed neuro/trauma Progressive care unit. This unit cares for patients who are downgraded from intensive care along with receiving patients from the Emergency Room. This unit is comprised of private and semiprivate patient rooms.
Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for license in Kentucky
- Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for some units
- Associatess degree from accredited college or University
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from accredited college or University
