Your mission

In this position youre responsible for directing and building brand preference and activities to meet business objectives. You continuously develop brand and communications strategies to further build brand awareness in our market leading organization. With a customer insight you make sure all touchpoints owners work systematically with the voice of the customer to work on continuous improvements. You ensure compliance with regulations and standards protecting our reputation and improving our competitive position in alignment with the overall mission vision and objectives. Working integrative across communication departments and collaborating with other leaders in your group taking a holistic responsibility for communication across all leadership teams you ensure unified communication strategies to enhance our way of presenting our premium brand.

You lead a team of around sixseven people building brand preference among key audiences. Together you oversee the development of our brand portfolio and strategies manage brand architecture and enhance brand awareness through various projects and responsibilities. Together we innovate explore new ways of working in an agile environment!

The location for this position is either Stockholm Solna or at our headquarters in Sandviken.

Your profile

Were looking for someone with extensive experience in brand management particularly in developing and implementing brand strategies preferably in a global environment. You have expertise in portfolio management including managing multiple brands as well as proficiency in marketing strategy and communications. Your background includes strategic planning and by thinking holistically you integrate customer perspectives with our overall strategy. Your knowledge is backed by a university degree in communication marketing or management. Acting in a global environment calls for excellent skills in English both verbally and in writing.

You have excellent communication skills and strong leadership abilities you manage stakeholders effectively and have the ability to build and maintain relationships and networks. Youre confident and can advocate for our brand asserting your opinions and taking ownership of the area. Acting in a tactical role your strategic mindset comes in handy when intertwining our customers and strategy in a holistic manner always with our customers perspective in mind.
