Job Description
- Implement effective sourcing screening and interviewing techniques.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Experience in Hiring candidates for various IT profiles.
- Monitor HR departments budget.
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies job duties working conditions opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Handling documentation such as MIS Appointment letters relieving letters and appraisal letters.
- Day to Day Operations work.
- Maintenance of Attendance and Salary process.
- Organizing and managing events and other cocurricular activities.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Requirements :
- Masters in Human Resource Management.
- Proven 1 years of work experience in hr and related filed.
- Knowledge of HR policy/ employee benefits.
- Knowledge of employee engagement and extracurricular activities.
- Only female candidates are preferred for this profile.
- Experience: 6months to 01 Year
