Job Description
New Car Franchise Dealership in Smithtown Long Islandis looking for ambitious candidates for our Allstate Insurance Department. We PROVIDE the means to obtain an ACTIVE PERSONAL LINES LICENSE!
Upon the obtaining of a Personal Lines License we offer TOP HOURLY PAY (HOURLY NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE) to those in the field for this Fulltime position 40 hours). PLUS highly competitive commission rates (Tiered scale based on amount sold). Saturday flexibility is required.
Skill required for this position are but not limited to:
Must be a Team Player and work well with others.
- Ambitious sales tactics.
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
Positive attitude with a highenergy personality.
Organization and followup skills.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Completing the acquisition of insurance information for customer (whether they have Allstate or not)
- Pitching and producing quality sales numbers in the field of Personal Lines insurance
- Followup and customer service to those within our book of business
