Job Description
Job Summary: Home Care aides act as a bridge to independent living for many seniors who may also require assistance with activities of daily living. From monitoring and assisting with grooming hygiene and chores around the house Home Care Aides allow clients to maintain the familiarity and dignity of living at home.

Home Care Aid Compensation and Benefits:

- Compensation: $17.50/hour
Home Care Aid Responsibilities:
- Help clients with personal hygiene dressing bathingand other daily tasks
- Help with general light housekeeping includingcooking meals
- Make transportation arrangements or providetransportation for clients as needed
- Observe and report on each clients condition
- Stay uptodate with home care aide trainingpolicies and procedures
Home Health Aid Requirements:
- Previous experience as a home care aidepreferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Access to reliable transportation
- Current CPR (American Heart Association)Certification is a plus
- Must be able to pass a criminal background checkand provide references
- Ability to think and work both independently andwith direction
- Must have exceptional personal hygiene
- Must be respectful and compassionate with a goodbedside manner
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping
- Ability to accurately manage time keeping software
