Job Description
For one of our ongoing project we are looking for a Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead or Architect. Position is our of New Jersey or anywhere in East Coast and can be done remotely.
Requirements:
5 years of Oracle HCM experienced is required. Strong functional Knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud
4 years of experience as a Solutions Architect in Oracle HCM Cloud is required
Must have experience leading and managing at least two 2 fulllife cycle implementations of HCM Cloud as a Solution Architect
Ability to quickly understand HR concepts and apply to technology
Ability to lead a team as well as be hands on to assist in configuration as needed
