Signing incentives up to $80K
WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join their team. WellSpan Health an integrated health system serving central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland is comprised of a multispecialty medical group of more than 2000 physicians and advanced practice providers a regional behavioral health organization a home care organization eight respected hospitals more than 20000 employees and 220 patient care locations.
About the Opportunity
- Join our wellrespected group of anesthesiologist and CRNAs collaborating to ensure quality patient care. Emphasis on multimodel approach to anesthetic management.

- Fulltime and PRN positions available.
- 8 12 and 24 hour shifts available not required in house call but must be within 20 minutes.
- Successful candidate will be energetic compassionate selfmotivated and be able to work independently
Competitive compensation package includes:
- Salary commensurate with experience $220K starting for new grads
- Signing incentives up to $80K
- PTO bridging based on years of experience
- 5 days of CME time off for fulltime CRNAs plus $3500 CME allowance
- 6 paid holidays
- Health dental vision coverage as well as shortterm and longterm disability
- Retirement plan with WellSpan contributions up to 6

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- Masters Degree Required
Work Experience:
- 1 year Relevant experience. Required
Licenses:
- Licensed Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required or
- Registered Nurse Multi State License Upon Hire Required and
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
- Graduation from accredited school of nurse anesthesia. Upon Hire Required and
- Earn 40 CME every 2 years to maintain certification. Upon Hire Required
