Job Description
Southwest Behavioral & Health Services are seeking Direct Care Providers/Behavioral Health Technicians to join our Community Living and Inpatient division! As a Direct Care Provider you will provide screening assessment treatment planning life skills prevocational training related documentation case management crisis intervention individual and/or group counseling services to SMI members in a residential or inpatient setting.
Pay range: $16 to $18 per hour based on experience and education with benefits.
Schedule:8hour and 10hour shifts available depending on the site. 12hour shift is offered at an inpatient site. Days evenings and nights available and may need to work a weekend day.
Location: We have sites available in Phoenix and Mesa
Qualifications:
- Minimum requirement consists of a 21year age
- A High School Diploma/GED and six months of fulltime Behavioral Health experience/integrated health experience; OR
- A related Associates degree and six weeks of fulltime Behavioral Health/integrated health experience; OR
- A nonrelated Associates degree and one year of fulltime behavioral health/integrated health experience; OR
- A related bachelors degree; OR
- A nonrelated bachelors degree plus six months of relevant experience in behavioral health.
- MVR clearance required.
- Must have fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or be eligible to receive upon hire (as required per program requirements).
