You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSouthwest Behavioral & Health Services are seeking Direct Care Providers/Behavioral Health Technicians to join our Community Living and Inpatient division! As a Direct Care Provider you will provide screening assessment treatment planning life skills prevocational training related documentation case management crisis intervention individual and/or group counseling services to SMI members in a residential or inpatient setting.
Pay range: $16 to $18 per hour based on experience and education with benefits.
Schedule:8hour and 10hour shifts available depending on the site. 12hour shift is offered at an inpatient site. Days evenings and nights available and may need to work a weekend day.
Location: We have sites available in Phoenix and Mesa
