Location: Denver Colorado (Onsite Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $42800 $46780 per year

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and support that enhances their overall experience with our brand. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and a strong commitment to resolving customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the companys products and services to offer accurate assistance.
  • Process orders returns and exchanges in a timely manner while adhering to company policies.
  • Document customer interactions in the companys CRM system for tracking and followup purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software (CRM systems).
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
