Job Description
The Global Shared Services organization within DNV is about bringing a team of true process experts together going for professional services at industry standards and offering centers off expertise for competence based advisory.
You will be working in the Hamburg unit of our global PLM Competence Center. We are responsible for the development operation and support of one of our core business applications based on Siemens Teamcenter. The role combines strategic planning operational efficiency and projectlike work to maintain a sustainable setup and operation of our environment for our internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the security stability and scalability of our production systems
- Take control of the maintenance support and upgrades of the all environments
- Ensure that the rules and guidelines of system administration are followed
- Keep documentation for system configurations processes and procedures updated
- Provide thirdlevel support for operational issues and contribute to problem resolution
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align operations with business objectives and infrastructural requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience
- Stay up to date on the latest developments in new technologies and best practices

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- 5 years proven experience in application administration experience in Siemens Teamcenter is an advantage
- Strong technical background in IT technologies incl. architecture configuration and administration
- Enjoy working in and with an international team of experts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different stakeholders
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Using methodological knowledge in daily work
- Structured working habit
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional proficiency in English
