Key Responsibilities: Digital Media Head
DIGITAL STRATEGY & PLANNING:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:
Oversee social media accounts (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter etc. and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Plan and execute engaging content including graphics videos and blogs.
Monitor and respond to audience engagement and feedback.
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management:
Plan execute and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads etc..
Track campaign performance and make datadriven adjustments to improve results.
SEO & Content Marketing:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Work with content creators to optimize website content blogs and landing pages.
Email & CRM Marketing:
Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
Segment and personalize email campaigns for maximum engagement.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and generate reports on digital campaign effectiveness.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics Meta Business Suite etc. to track website traffic and user behavior.
Collaboration & Team Coordination:
Work closely with designers Social media executive and developers to execute marketing strategies.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Qualification: Graduate Diploma in social media management (from recognized University
Experience: More than 35 years (As a Digital Medica Head)
Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
