Teledyne Paradise Datacom a Teledyne Technologies company is focused on the design manufacturing and sale of satellite modems solid state power amplifiers (SSPA) low noise amplifiers (LNA) block up converters (BUC) and associated redundancy subsystems. Paradise Datacom has delivered products and subsystems for use in satellite communications systems to an extensive list of customers located around the world.
Position Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer develops analyzes troubleshoots and provides technical skills during Production of a HighPower SolidState Power Amplifier manufacturing assembly line. Develops and applies engineering theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced technical problems. Plans conducts and technically directs projects or major phases of significant projects coordinating the efforts of technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects. Analyzes evaluates and plans method of approach and organizes means to achieve solution of complex technical problems. Coordinates and conducts investigations and tests of considerable complexity. Reviews project progress evaluates results and contributes recommendations or corrections in technical applications and analysis. Specifies materials equipment and supplies required for completion of technical projects also evaluates vendor capabilities to provide required products or services.
Qualifications:
Uses skills as a seasoned experienced professional with a full understanding of industry and workflow practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of manufacturing issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. This job is the fully qualified careeroriented position. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. This individual must be able to demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions to difficult technical problems related to Manufacturing processes and ergonomics. Normally receives little instruction on daytoday work general instructions on new assignments.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or similar
Typically requires a minimum of 1015 years of related experience in Solid State Power Amplifier technology manufacturing capacity.

$96200.00$128300.000Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including but not limited to location education/training work experience key skills and type of position.
