Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with contracts and acts signed with customers.
- Complete client questionnaires on ethics and compliance principles.
- Stay updated on legal regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and update compliance policies and procedures.
- Evaluate suppliers and customers according to due diligence procedures.
- Collaborate with HR Finance Sales and Marketing on compliance issues.
- Conduct annual compliance training for employees.
- Develop and review annual compliance plans.
- Maintain certifications such as ISO standards and SOC 2.
- Manage response to security incidents and personal data violations.
- Bachelors Degree preferably in Business or Engineering;
- Minimum 4 years of relevant risk and compliance experience in a reputable international consulting company or relevant professional experience within a Financial Services company;
- Deep experience in developing plans which are detailed actionable and aligned with industry best practices;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Romanian and English) with an ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels;
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problemsolving environment.
