Job Description

CTS is hiring detailoriented and dependablePaint Cell Operatorsfor ourBlue Ash Ohiolocation. Paint Cell Operators own the entire paint process from beginning to end.

What youll be doing:

Cleans parts and applies various types of masking in order to prevent unpermitted blast peen spray lube or paint overspray all while being safe in the process!
Grit blasts parts to clean mechanically strip or prepare parts for coating application.
Applies dry film lubricants and paints to hardware.
Unmasks and cleans parts after coating or peen in preparation for shipment or subsequent operations.
Following technical documents drawings blueprints and/or plans to perform these functions.
Performs other tasks as necessary.

More about you:

18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED
Successfully pass background check and drug screening
Ability to work first shift hours: MF 7a3:30p generally
Dependable detailoriented and a drive to continuously grow and learn

Pluses:

1 year of experience in manufacturing warehouse and/or aerospace environments
