The Department of Applied Psychology at the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology GSAPP at Rutgers University New Brunswick is seeking an outstanding candidate for a tenured or tenure track associate/full professor position specializing in research in the field of organizational psychology. The successful candidate should have at least five years of teaching experience and mentoring students published research in organizational psychology industry connections and partnerships and an excellent history of developing and maintaining an extramurally funded research program. The new faculty member will be expected to teach graduate level courses in organizational psychology and contribute to student training at the masters and doctoral levels. This faculty member will work with the Department Leadership to develop and grow the Organizational Psychology Psy.D. program as well as other relevant programs. Candidates will have been trained as a scientistpractitioner who will be expected to develop and maintain an active extramurally funded research program. The faculty member will work effectively with a team of highly dedicated faculty members within the Department GSAPP Rutgers University and the broader scientific and professional community. Overview
Work with the Department Chair or their designee to develop and grow organizational psychology programs. Secure and implement funding for research and programs focused on organizational psychology. Serve as faculty advisor/mentor to students coordinate and evaluate academic advising of students. Teach organizational psychology courses.
