Are you a motivated and experienced security professional looking for the next step in your career progression The Chicago Area has an exciting career opportunity for a Field Supervisor. We are seeking a personable dedicated individual to supervise a team of Security Officers to include ensuring operational effectiveness scheduling payroll and training.
The successful candidate will need previous experience in developing a high performing team strong customer service skills and great communication.
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Intermediate Computer Skills
- Previous Supervisor experience
- Planning organizing and leadership skills
- Ability to take initiative achieve results and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Valid Drivers License
- 2 Years Security experience
- 1 Year Security management/supervisor experience
Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
