We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Senior Client Advisorfor ourClient Service Teambased out of ourNashville TN office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
- Independently oversee and manage large or complex accounts bringing the entire team together to formulate procedures and gotomarket strategies.
- Maintain a nearcomplete understanding of clients business strategic priorities risk strategies and risk management needs to provide tailored advice and solutions.
- Utilize expert risk knowledge and understanding of the insurance marketplace to review clients exposures and loss experiences recommending additional products and services as needed.
- Develop present and oversee the of renewal and placement strategies in conjunction with Placement Advisory Leaders and Client Executives across all zones.
- Present to prospective clients identify the need for new products and develop innovative solutions to gain new clients and projects.
What you need to have:
- Strong skills using MS Outlook MS Excel MS Word MS PowerPoint and other digital applications.
- Some knowledge of commercial property/casualty insurance programs and the underwriting process.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills within a digital environment.
- Competent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and work independently as well as part of a team.
