Position Summary
The Manager of Benefits is responsible for the overall administration of the companys benefits programs including health and welfare benefits retirement programs 401(k) ESOP and paid time off programs. This position will work closely with internal business partners across the organization to continually enhance and improve HACs benefits offering for employees and their families while ensuring programs remain innovative competitive financially sustainable and aligned with strategic business objectives.
