EagleWings Medical Group is looking for a CNA that will
- Participates in the collection of assessment data to develop a plan of care
- Follows the established plan of care and associated procedures and policies
- Provide grooming/hygiene for residents as required
- Demonstrates skills and knowledge to provide safe competent nurse aide care
- Serve residents trays according to prescribed diets and collect when finished
- Feed residents/assist with meal consumption
- Assist residents in walking and/or wheelchair mobility
- Perform temperature respiration and blood pressure record results and report results to nurse
- Report any unusual conditions or reaction to the unit supervisor
- Documentation of care given for each resident
- Assist residents with dressing as required
- Participates in performance improvement activities
- Responds appropriately to emergency situations
Requirements
- Must be MI Background with Shared fingerprint # and DOB
- TB within the last year then yearly PPD every year after
- License Copy and License Check (ran through state website Headmaster)
- Covid Card
Pay Package
- 6 weeks local contract no travel stipend.
- Shift available: 1:45pm to 10:15pm
- Open to work flexible days and every other weekend
- Pay range : $30 $32
