Job Description
- Drive institutional sales through government projects architects builders contractors and consultants.
- Identify and secure new project orders.
- Develop business opportunities and maintain key accounts.
- Expand the network of business partners.
- Engage with builders architects and contractors.
- Manage government projects PWD CPWD RMD; including tendering obtaining approvals meeting with government officials price negotiation and delivering presentations.
- Maintain strong connections with government personnel.
- Flexibility to conduct client visits on weekends.
- Potential supervision of a team.
- Previous experience in project sales of building materials to builders architects and contractors.
- Maximum age of 36 years.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in project sales.
- Strong network and connections in the building materials industry.
- Proven ability to manage government projects and engage with government officials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility to conduct client visits on weekends.
- Leadership skills to potentially manage a team.
